staging + scenic
While staging and scenic may not always be a focal point of your event, they are critical support elements to an impactful and immersive experience. We have a scalable staging system to provide stages at various sizes, heights and even shapes with custom wraps and surrounds available.
Our scenic treatments transform your event space, hiding unsightly components of the venue, or dividing the room in multiple spaces. As well as offering the opportunity to draw attention with a statement piece for a backdrop or branding opportunity.
event design + management
We have a full 3D pre-visualization and CAD drawing suite at our disposal to design and provide renderings, video walk throughs, and floor plans of your event. We can incorporate decor, furniture, marketing materials, and more to provide clarity and confidence on the event design prior to the actual build.
In addition to the overall design of the event, we can offer onsite management services to coordinate with the venue, multiple vendors, talent, and our production staff to ensure a smooth build, execution, and strike.
